Sermon Notes Redesign

We listened to everyone's feedback around the new Sermon Note system and have done a rebuild from the ground up with it. You can now add a note section which will let the user add notes to only that area.

The text of the note outline is locked so that the user is not able to change it.

Finally, and most fun, adding a ________ will convert to a fill-in-the-blank section of the notes which lets the user enter the text as they are following along.
