With the Control + Z option having been added for Undo (and I assume the related shortcut for Redo?), I've noticed that it still isn't possible to select text and then use keyboard shortcuts to change the text to bold, italic, add underlining, etc. It would save so much time to add this feature, and many of us are used to using it as we work with text. I continually find myself trying to use the shortcut only to forget it doesn't work in the editor.
