Add address field to stripe form

In Germany we are required by law to send giving statements to a physical address. The current stripe form does not allow for this information to be collected and is causing us to have to contact each giver individually to get this information.

Chad Gfeller thanks for this feadback. When the use goes to make a donation it does drop down after the card field and ask for the billing address. This info might be in the stripe account already. We will look to see if we can then take it from stripe and pass it back to your account so that this is easier for you.
