Allow Closed Groups to Populate Planning Center Groups Block

Currently, closed groups do not populate the PC Groups block on ChurchCo. This makes it look like there are only a few groups at the church, while in reality there are many that are just full! It would be great to display closed groups and add "Available/Open" groups as a filter.
