Announcements Enhancements: Provide more control over announcements by allowing us to control:
Allow us to reuse an announcement.
Add an Announcement type for a pop-up overlay that will display in the center of a given page. Allow us to specify the location of a banner (top or bottom), or Notification (left or right)
How often the announcement is displayed, such as: "Once only," "Once per Session"Paul Cox
