Noticed there's an issue with the Marquee block. On laptop display the carousel moves at a certain speed, but when the cursor hovers overtop the carousel, the carousel freezes but isn't able to be dragged or moved. On a mobile display the carousel will slowly move one block at a time but if your finger touches the screen, it freezes. Is there a way we can keep the movement on the carousel and also have the toggle drag so users can swipe through to find the event they want?
